Everything in writing, before you pay anything. No surprises.

How Booking Works
- 1Enquiry: Message us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form with your dates, group size, and interests.
- 2Custom Quote: We send a written itinerary and an all-in price, with inclusions and exclusions listed clearly.
- 3Confirmation: A deposit of 25% confirms your booking; you receive a written confirmation and invoice immediately.
- 4Balance Payment: Due on arrival, before your tour begins, via UPI, NEFT/bank transfer, or cash at our office.
- 5You're Set: Driver and vehicle details are shared before your start date. Our team is reachable 24/7 throughout your journey.
We never ask for informal cash payments to confirm a booking. Every transaction comes with a written invoice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
General terms, always confirmed in writing with your specific booking before you pay.

- •Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- •If we cancel for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled trip, your choice.
- •Circumstances beyond anyone's control (natural events, government restrictions, etc.) are handled case by case, and we'll always work with you in good faith to reschedule.

- ✓GPS tracking and 24/7 support throughout the journey
- ✓Driver accommodation & meals, and bottled drinking water on board
Not Included (unless in your quote)
- ✕Hotel stays and meals, included in our all-inclusive tour packages, excluded for transport-only charter bookings
- ✕Monument and attraction entry fees
- ✕Personal expenses and shopping
- ✕Guide fees at individual sites
- ✕Tips and gratuities
- ✕Travel insurance, we strongly recommend all international guests arrange their own
Your final written quote will always list inclusions and exclusions explicitly. Nothing is assumed.
Other Terms
- •Privacy: we only collect the information needed to plan and confirm your trip (contact details, itinerary preferences, and payment records). We never sell your data, and only share it with third parties (such as hotels) where necessary to fulfil your booking.
- •Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
- •Liability: our liability is limited to the services we directly provide and arrange. We aren't liable for acts of independent third-party vendors (hotels, monuments, restaurants), or for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend international guests arrange their own travel insurance.
